I want to express my gratitude for your efforts in making things happen for us from the time Lynette took over the property management aspect through the sale of the home. THANK YOU. During those stressful months this summer/fall, I was able to remain at ease because I felt so comfortable with Lynette and confident in her ability to get things fixed. Also, thank you for being patient with us and helping us through the selling process. I had no idea how much paperwork would be necessary. Truly a learning experience.

This is a letter of reference if you will for Ms. Brooke Stiltner of Team Stiltner from Remax of Eagle River, Inc. in Eagle River, Alaska.
I will start by explaining that I am an executive with the Federal Government with 33 years of service and as you can imagine have bought and sold a few homes during my career. Recently I transferred to Alaska from the Middle East where I served a 2.5 year assignment for the U.S. Government.

Brooke always took my calls and answered my emails while being very pleasant even though I hadn’t yet committed to any agreement at that time. Upon our arrival here my wife and I met Brooke and her team in person and within a few minutes we was certain that she was the realtor that we wanted to work with. She provided local knowledge and information beyond realty which may or may not be important to some but to our family, it was as though we were working with a friend and not just working a business transaction. Brooke’s team made our real estate search quick and focused. Through her vast contacts in the industry she was able to provide quick access to view homes on the market. Our closing was easy and painless.
I will close by offering you this opinion. There is no doubt that in this tough economy and real estate market you will encounter plenty of realtors who will definitely want your business and will promise you the moon with regards to their abilities in listing your property, finding you a qualified buyer or finding you a new home in a timely fashion. But I can guarantee the list of realtors that you will meet who can actually deliver on those promises and in doing so make you and your family feel comfortable as though you are truly working with a close friend who has your best interest at heart, will be very short.
